HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?
Each product has specific garment measurements. Please review our Size Guide before ordering and compare the measurements with a similar item you already own.
HOW ARE KYVIA ITEMS MEASURED?
Unless otherwise stated, measurements are taken with the garment laid flat. Waist, hip and chest measurements represent the width across the garment—not the full circumference.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY KYVIA ITEMS?
Always follow the instructions printed on the garment’s care label. To help preserve the item’s color, shape and printed details, wash gently with similar colors and avoid excessive heat.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Processing and delivery times may vary. Please review our Shipping Policy for current information. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, a tracking link will be sent to the email address used during checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking information.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order begins processing.
